Our Vision Framework

I. Purpose Statement - Why do we exist?

Our church exists to glorify God by ‘gearing up’ families in our community to thrive in God’s family through Christ.

II. Strategy - How will we get there?

We will seek to fulfill this purpose as we:

• GATHER new believers,
• GROW in God’s Word & prayer,
• GIVE of ourselves for others,and
• GO reach others.

III. Core Values - What will guide us?

• Biblical Foundation– We desire to be a family built upon God’s Word.
• Prayer Focused – We desire to be a family that talks and walks with God.
• Empowered Leadership - We desire to be a family directed by trusted leaders.
• Missional Orientation - We desire to be a family that reaches out with the Gospel.
• Family Orientation - We desire to exist for families within our community.
• Ministry Excellence – We desire to be a family where everyone pitches in and serves.
• Authentic Community - We desire to be a family that shares with those in need.

IV. Vision Statement - Where are we going?

We desire to be a “Spiritual Family Center” for our community where family members WORSHIP:

• Want to share Christ intentionally
• Order their lives biblically
• Rejoice consistently
• Serve God & others sacrificially
• Have a heart for the next generation graciously
• Initiate steps to keep peace in relationships independently
• Practice a private faith personally
