Newsletters
Each month the school puts out a newsletter with school wide events and news. Your classroom teacher will also send home a newsletter specific to your child's class each month.

Registration Forms
If you decide to enroll with us, you will need to turn in the registration fee, the tuition deposit and the following Application/Registration form to secure your spot. Please click on the links below to download the form:

Tuition Payment
Tuition is due the first of every month. (Late fees apply after the tenth.)
Option 1 - Write a personal check. You may drop it in the payment box near the office or put it in your child’s folder. Please do not leave it in your child’s backpack.
Option 2 - Credit card payments may be taken at pick up or you may fill out an automatic credit card payment form. Click here for the form.
Option 3 - Cash payment. Please hand it directly to an office person and they will give you a receipt.
State Required Forms
The state requires several forms be on file for each student. These documents MUST be on file before your child's 1st day of school. You can download the state required forms here or request a copy from the office.
Additional Medical Forms
If your child has food allergies or any medical conditions that require medication to be kept at the school, the following forms must also be on file at the school.
